Ace Thrift Supply is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Warehouse Associate at our Kittanning location. As an Inventory Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience — assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily operations like stocking, merchandising, and processing transactions. Whether you're helping a neighbor find the right product or keeping the sales floor organized, your contribution helps keep the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Merchandising: Receive deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain clean, organized displays. Ensure accurate product placement, proper labeling, and timely replenishment to keep the store well-stocked and easy to shop
• Store Operations Support: Assist with daily tasks such as opening/closing preparation, cleaning, returns, and restocking. Follow store procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe, organized work environment 
• Customer Experience: Provide friendly, helpful service by welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience. Represent Ace’s values of service and community in every customer interaction
• Sales Support: Engage customers to promote Ace Rewards, recommend products, and support sales goals. Build product knowledge and use selling techniques to meet customer needs and drive in-store purchases
• Teamwork & Communication: Work collaboratively with team members and take direction from supervisors. Communicate effectively, ask questions, and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented workplace
• Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational understanding. Be open to feedback and development opportunities to grow within the company

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends , holidays, and varying schedules
• Proficiency with basic IT systems and ability to learn store operations software
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing shifting priorities
