Job Title:- Regional BD Manager.
Job Location:- Houston, TX. (Fully Remote )
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence.
Manage key accounts and generate new business within chemical, petrochemical, and downstream refining markets.
Spend the majority of time in direct customer engagement to identify and close opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and operations teams to develop competitive proposals.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and proposals using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Travel approximately 30 40% .
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of technical or capital equipment sales experience.
Strong background in fabricated metal products or process equipment .
Proven success in new business development and consultative selling.
Knowledge of chemical, petrochemical, or refining industries.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must be based in or near Houston, TX .
