Job Description

The Hartford Golf Club is currently hiring for a part-time Massage Therapist.

• The individual in this role is responsible for providing therapeutic massage services to HGC members while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. 
• The therapist needs to excel at delivering treatments in a way that aligns with members' preferences and requirements. 
• The therapist should be good at perceiving client wishes and needs through spoken language, body language, and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly.
• The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience as a massage therapist and have a current Connecticut Department of Public Health required license as well as a CPR certification.
• Massage Therapists at HGC need to demonstrate an outgoing, driven personality, willing to talk to members periodically to introduce their services and form meaningful relationships to grow their clientele. 

The Hartford Golf Club massage therapists are paid 80% of the going rate for services offered to the members. The prices may change due to shorter or longer sessions and promotions. 

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 or more hours a week.

The 30,000 square foot Clubhouse sits on 256 acres of impeccably maintained grounds. The Club has an extensive selection of world-class facilities for all ages, including a 27 hole golf course, 9 Har Tru tennis courts, 4 international squash courts, 6 outdoor platform tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, 3 pools, 4 lane duckpin bowling alley, and a state of the art fitness facility.
