This paid internship provides a comprehensive introduction to industrial sales and wholesale distribution , along with the opportunity for a full-time Industrial Sales Trainee position after graduation.

What You'll Do as an Intern
First 4 Weeks: Get hands-on experience in operations (receiving, order processing, shipping) and complete safety, forklift, and ERP/database training.
Next 5-6 Weeks: Shadow inside and outside sales teams, retail counter reps, and learn sales processes.
Capstone Project: Work on a strategic business initiative and present findings to our Executive Leadership Team .
Who We're Looking For
Rising senior pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics , or related field - August or December 2026 and May 2027 expected graduates should apply
Interest in industrial sales and distribution
Comfortable working in a distribution center environment
Strong team player with attention to detail and a drive to learn
