It is a unique setting of a charter school within a top hospital. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, preferably in a school or educational setting. They should possess strong multitasking abilities and demonstrate sound critical thinking skills to support day-to-day decision-making. To be successful in this role, candidates must be organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also essential.
A caregiver in this position works M-F, 7:30am – 4:00pm. A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Manage student enrollment and work with families to assure paperwork is submitted and follows up with families as needed.
- Creates Onboard and training schedule for new caregivers.
- Administer calendar and schedule management.
- Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required.
- Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration.
- Coordinate management functions and assist in special projects.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of office experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Associate’s Degree
- Typing proficiency of 35 wpm with accuracy

Physical Requirements: - Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Personal Protective Equipment: - Follows standard precautions using personal protective.
Pay Range Minimum hourly: $16.47
Maximum hourly: $23.61
